Food & Beverage Vertical

See the shrink the day it happens.
The execution layer for institutional food.

Shrink Manager™ captures daily production as structured data: what was made, what sold, what was left. It closes the produced-vs-sold loop that drives overproduction. FSMA 204 traceability and audit-ready records come automatically, as a byproduct of the same work. Alongside your ERP, no replatform.

📋
"Our compliance records are on paper and spreadsheets."
Temperature logs, cooling logs, receiving records, lot codes. The documentation auditors want is still being produced by hand — or reconstructed the morning of an inspection.
🌐
"Institutional buyers want more than a HACCP plan."
Distributors and managed-services operators increasingly ask for documented traceability rather than plan-based compliance. The answer keeps being "custom ERP configuration" or "add another paper process."
🔍
"A single audit finding could cost us a contract."
Manual records can't survive a determined auditor — especially when the same operation is subject to U.S., European, and Gulf regulatory frameworks at once.
Product shrink is visible. Operational shrink is harder to see.

The tray that aged out is the loss you can count. The rest of it is quieter: the same numbers keyed into a production sheet and then an invoice, the manager working out what happened yesterday instead of deciding what happens today, the compliance record written up a second time from memory, the delivery that already happened being reconciled again by accounting.

📦
The product you didn't sell
The over-portioned run, the batch that outran its orders, the tray that expired in the walk-in. Countable, and the fastest thing to fix once you can see it the same day.
⏱️
The work done twice
Records re-entered, invoices rebuilt, documentation assembled after the fact. It doesn't show up as waste on any report — it shows up as headcount.
🧭
The decision made late
Information that arrives at month-end can't change what you produce tomorrow. By the time the number is right, the run it describes is already gone.

Shrink Manager is built to reduce both. The produced-vs-sold loop gives you the countable kind. Capturing the work as structured data — once, where it happens — is what keeps the other kind from growing every time you add a site.

Our Approach

Plans live in ERP. Documents live in binders.
Execution lives in Shrink Manager.

Most food-industry software focuses on one of two layers. Planning-layer tools (ERPs) coordinate purchase orders, customers, and schedules. Documentation-layer tools (HACCP binders, food-safety plans) describe what should happen.

Shrink Manager governs the layer between them — the one regulators actually audit: how work is performed, how quantities are verified, when labels can be printed, what production steps must be captured. Compliance documentation and lot-code traceability are produced as a structured byproduct of the workflow itself.

International Regulatory Coverage

Engineered around U.S. FSMA.
Architecturally general.

Shrink Manager was built around the U.S. FDA Food Safety Modernization Act Section 204 (the Food Traceability Rule) and institutional buyer requirements in North America. The underlying architecture is domain-general — regulatory frameworks, control points, forms and terminology are configuration rather than code — so the platform is designed to extend to the frameworks below. Deployments outside the United States are scoped with in-country channel partners.

Jurisdiction Regulatory Framework
🇺🇸United StatesFSMA 204 (Food Traceability Rule), FSPCA HACCP, Seafood HACCP, PCQI framework
🇪🇺European UnionGeneral Food Law Regulation (EC) 178/2002, EU Food Hygiene Regulations
🇬🇧United KingdomFood Safety Act, BRCGS Global Standards (Food Safety & Storage and Distribution)
🇸🇦Gulf Cooperation CouncilGSO food safety standards, GCC Standardization Organization (national adoption)
🇸🇬SingaporeFood Act and Singapore Food Agency traceability requirements
🇯🇵JapanFood Sanitation Act HACCP mandates (fully enforced)
🇦🇺Australia & New ZealandFSANZ Food Standards Code

The platform is production-proven against U.S. requirements. Coverage of the other frameworks listed reflects architectural fit; each is scoped and configured with in-country channel partners during onboarding.

Built In Production

Two years live. Ten-plus sites.
More than a million units a year.

Developed inside a real multi-site production operation, not a product lab. Those sites belong to Anu Sushi LLC, an affiliated operator, where the platform runs today. Refined across 1M+ units annually and validated across a diverse, multilingual workforce. Commercial launch beyond that operation is underway, with the first external customers targeted for 2027.
